ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The organizational structure of The Grassroots Institute (TGI) Ukraine is designed to ensure transparent governance, strategic oversight, and effective implementation of its mission and programs. At the highest level, the General Assembly serves as the supreme governing body, providing overall direction, approving strategic policies and annual plans, and electing the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is responsible for governance, institutional oversight, and strategic decision-making. It ensures accountability, approves organizational policies and budgets, supervises organizational performance, and provides guidance to the Executive Committee.

Represented by most of the Team Members, the Executive Committee serves as the principal operational body, responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization. It implements the decisions of the Board, coordinates programmes and projects, manages human and financial resources, develops partnerships, and ensures compliance with legal, financial, and donor requirements.

Supporting both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee is the Steering Committee, an advisory body comprising experts and strategic partners. It provides technical guidance, independent advice, quality assurance, and recommendations to strengthen programme implementation, innovation, and organizational learning.
