Publications are important tools of communicating and disseminating of learning, knowledge, ideas, issues, news, and voices of the people. The Grassroots Institute publishes Grassroots Journals and open access TGI Books. Publishing initiative is the oldest and has been recognized globally. Some scientific journals are SCOPUS indexed.
TGI Ukraine takes part and promotes the scientific journals published in collaborations.
The Grassroots Institute publishes 5 different journals namely 1) GJNR – Grassroots Journal of Natural Resources (since 2018), 2) JELP – Journal of Environmental Law & Policy (since 2021), 3) JPG – Journal of Policy & Governance (since 2021), 4) A&A – Agrobiodiversity & Agroecology (since 2021) and P&P – Pastures & Pastoralism (since 2022). The GJNR journal was indexed by Web of Science, CABELL, CABI, EZB, and other reputed databases. GJNR was selected and indexed by SCOPUS on 24 May 2024 and responses of authors have ascended significantly. JELP was indexed by HEIN Online earlier; in 2024, EBSCO and SCOPUS selected and indexed JELP. Towards the end of 2024, applications are submitted for evaluation of JPG and A&A by SCOPUS. JPG was indexed by HEIN Online already, and EBSCO indexed it in 2024. Associated firm, Emsha Publications, is operating the journals in enterprise mode, with due royalty rights of TGI, the registered publisher of the journals.
